Shipping & Returns

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: All orders are final. Yet, items are eligible for replacement if they have been damaged or were produced incorrectly upon delivery. In such matters, we will gladly replace your item or refund via store credit. Please contact us if an item does not work out as expected as we maintain the ability to refunds or exchange orders at our discretion. In such cases, we will rectify your concern to the best of our ability. 

FAILED DELIVERY: Whilst placing an order, please be sure the shipping information is accurate and correctly listed. RFLGRAPHICS is not responsible for packages unable to be delivered due to an insufficient address. If packages fail to deliver due to address issues, you will be sent an invoice for a shipping replacement if you wish for your package to be reshipped. 

If a package is deemed to be stolen or lost, please contact support for further assistance.

ALL CONCERNS/ISSUES MUST BE EXPRESSED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
